We have a widespread reputation for good, creatively prepared food.
We use fresh products of the season where we can, and meals are prepared with care and passion. Every evening the restaurant offers a different menu with creative cuisine from our team of dedicated chefs, with a choice of starters, main courses, cheese or desserts.
Sometimes you will find the patron in the kitchen...we are all passionate about good food and you will find all types of cuisine from classic French to Asian and fusion. In summer we occasionnaly organise a barbecue evening on the terrace. And if you are looking for "mountain" specialities such as fondue, tartiflette or raclette...sorry, but you won't find these dishes with us...
Our freshly baked home made breads are served every evening in the restaurant and you can choose from a selection of over 400 different wines from all parts of France and the rest of the world (...mmm, this is probably the hardest part of the day...)
In winter the meals are served in the cosy restaurant with soft lights and a logfire. In summer, weather permitting, all meals are served on the terrace, from where you can enjoy stunning views over the peaks and the glacier of the La meije massif. And if you are lucky, you might even catch one of those breathtaking sunsets.
We don't do lunch service. In summer, however, we serve lunch by reservation only and for a group of minimum 10 people. Both summer and winter we do cater for groups.
We frequently host weddings and dinners for groups and special events.
